KKK Conrey Tarlac
- Commercial Space, Rental, Gas Station
- System Size: 36.60 kWp
- Completion: 8-Aug-2025
- Tarlac City, Philippines
Project Summary
KKK Conrey in Tarlac City is not a simple fuel station. It is a commercial hub: multiple tenants, retail spaces, and a high-traffic forecourt generating revenue streams that depend entirely on consistent, reliable power. As the tenant mix grows, so does the electrical load and so does the monthly utility bill.
Solaren engineered this installation with that growth trajectory in mind. The current 36.60kWp Phase 1 system handles present daytime loads across the site, but the electrical infrastructure was pre-designed for expansion to 100kWp. When additional tenants come online and consumption increases, the upgrade requires no fundamental redesign, the groundwork is already in place.
That forward engineering approach matters for a property owner where commercial tenants generate rental income. Every kilowatt of additional load those tenants bring is also an opportunity to offset more grid consumption with solar generation already sized for it.
Three Sungrow SH10RS inverters and Sunova Solar all-black bifacial modules deliver current output, with Phase 2 planned as the commercial space continues to expand.
For commercial property owners managing growing tenant loads, future-proofing with customised energy solutions means designing for where the business is going, not just where it is today.
