Pascual Residence
- 6.5 kWp solar powers Tarlac home
- System Size: 6.50 kWp
- Completion: 27-Jul-2026
- Tagudin, Ilocos Sur, Philippines
Project Summary
The Pascual Residence is a newly renovated home in Tarlac City owned by one of Solaren’s employees. Solaren installed the solar system on easy payment terms as an employee benefit, extending the company’s own solar work to a member of its team.
The 6.5 kWp array uses Sunova bifacial modules and a Sungrow SH6 RS inverter. It operates as a straightforward grid-tied system with full net metering. Solar generation serves the home during the day, while surplus power exported to the grid earns credits against electricity used at other times.
The aim is to offset the household’s electricity bill in full through direct solar use and net-metering credits. A zero bill is the expected outcome, depending on actual consumption and the export credits earned each month.
Full net metering allows the Pascual Residence to earn credits for solar power the household does not use during the day. Our guide to how net metering protects your solar power system investment explains how those credits work alongside direct daytime solar use to reduce electricity bills.
