Victoria Industrial Park
- PEZA-registered Industrial Hub
- System Size: 99.98 kWp
- Completion: 19-Aug-2018
Project Summary
Victoria Industrial Park is not only warehouses and factories, but also a hub of activity where sales, marketing, and administration take place to support a rapidly increasing industrial community. Being one of the newly registered PEZA zones in the Philippines, the park aimed to provide not only space to its tenants but also good, affordable, and sustainable services. The internal offices are in use all day, and there are always energy requirements, making electricity one of the highest and most constant costs. A rooftop solar system was planned to cut utility bills and provide staff with a continuous power supply to satisfy this demand. To management, the investment is not only about reducing costs, but also about creating greater attraction to the park by investors and making Victoria Industrial Park a viable, long-term, sustainable business location.
