Greenstone Pharmaceutical HK, Inc. manufactures the brand’s full liniment and natural wellness range at its Imus facility, where production runs on tightly controlled processes across mixing, filling, and quality control. None of that tolerates inconsistency, and an underperforming solar system sitting idle on the roof was doing the factory no favors.

Solaren was brought in to rehabilitate an existing 316.80 kWp installation that had fallen well short of its potential. Rather than a new build, this was a full system revival: fault diagnosis, repair, and reconfiguration to bring the array back to proper output. A Huawei SUN2000-150K inverter now anchors the system, with performance tracked continuously through Huawei FusionSolar so any future underperformance gets caught early rather than going unnoticed for months. Annual generation is back up to around 467,000 kWh, offsetting a substantial share of the factory’s daytime electricity consumption at the hours grid power costs the most.

For a facility producing health and wellness products at national scale, a solar system that quietly stops performing is wasted capital sitting in plain sight. Solaren’s rehabilitation work restored that asset to full function, giving Greenstone real control over one of its largest fixed costs again.
