Limsui Residence

- Completion: 18-Jun-2025
- Bamban, Tarlac, Philippines
Project Summary
A brand new luxury residence in Bamban, Tarlac presented an installation challenge that most solar contractors would have solved the wrong way. The main house sits deep within the property. Running cables from a rooftop array to the electrical connection would have required long exposed wire runs, introduced measurable efficiency losses, and compromised the clean architectural lines the owner had invested in.
Solaren’s solution was straightforward in concept but precise in execution. The solar array was installed on the staff housing near the property entrance, which shares the same feeder line as the main residence. Cable runs stayed short, wiring losses were minimised, and the facade of the main house remained exactly as the architect intended.
Three SMA Germany SB6.0 inverters paired with Sunova Solar bifacial modules handle generation across the staff housing rooftop, feeding clean power through the shared feeder line to cover the main residence loads. The result is near-zero billing since commissioning, with no visual compromise to the property whatsoever. Annual generation of 32,391 kWh delivers PHP 388,692 in savings per year against a 3.5-year payback.
For premium residential builds where architectural integrity is non-negotiable, choosing a solar EPC in the Philippines with the engineering depth to design around a property rather than onto it makes the difference between a system that fits and one that doesn’t.
