Rivera Agro Industrial operates a large-scale piggery where electricity is essential for pumps, ventilation, and waste management systems that run continuously. These loads are both power-hungry and critical to animal welfare, making reliability and cost control central to daily operations. Energy expenses account for a significant share of farm overhead, particularly as production volumes increase.

Before installing solar, the farm had already invested in a biogas facility that converts waste into usable energy. Solaren engineered a grid-tied solar power system designed to work alongside this existing biogas plant, with monitoring in place to ensure both generation sources operate in a complementary and stable manner.
