Bench Philippines I
- Warehouse, Multinational Brand
- System Size: 135.52 kWp
- Completion: 5-Mar-2025
- Taguig, NCR, Philippines
Project Summary
Bench is one of the Philippines’ most recognised lifestyle brands, operating a network of warehouse, manufacturing, and logistics facilities across Taguig through its wider group of subsidiaries. With continuous daytime demand from production, cooling, and warehousing, electricity is one of the largest controllable costs across the entire operation.
This installation is the first in a consecutive series of solar deployments across the Bench group. Each building presents its own rooftop configuration and load profile, requiring individual system design rather than a single cookie-cutter solution. Solaren engineered this 135.52kWp grid-tied installation specifically for this facility, with the same SMA Germany CORE2 inverter technology and Sunova Solar bifacial modules used consistently across the programme for performance and monitoring continuity.
The broader rollout reflects a corporate-level commitment to reducing energy overhead and carbon footprint across the group, not just a single building decision. With further installations planned across additional Bench subsidiaries, this project marks the beginning of a long-term energy partnership.
For enterprise clients managing energy costs across multiple facilities, commercial solar panels deliver the most impact when deployed as a programme, not a one-off project.
