KKK Gasoline, Matatalaib II
- Fuel and Commercial Property Development
- System Size: 36.60 kWp
- Completion: 4-Oct-2025
- Tarlac City, Philippines
Project Summary
The Matatalaib II site represents a more complex energy brief than a standard fuel station. Alongside forecourt operations, the property includes multiple connected commercial units, each adding to a combined daytime load that a smaller system could not adequately cover.
At 36.60kWp, this is one of the larger installations in the KKK network, sized to serve both the fuel station and the surrounding commercial tenants from a single integrated system. Three Sungrow SH10RS inverters handle the load across peak operating hours, with Trina Solar all-black bifacial modules and real-time monitoring via iSolar Cloud.
The site sits adjacent to the Matatalaib I installation, and together they reflect KKK’s approach to energy across its Central Luzon portfolio: not individual decisions made in isolation, but a coordinated programme of solar deployment across every property where the numbers make sense.
For property developers and fuel retailers managing mixed-use sites, customised energy solutions engineered around the full site load deliver better returns than systems sized for one tenant alone.
