Tarlac Mac Chicken Farm
- Commercial poultry and egg production facility
- System Size: 99.98 kWp
- Completion: 20-Apr-2022
Project Summary
Tarlac Mac Chicken Farm is a modern poultry facility committed to sustainable food production and long-term operational efficiency. To reduce electricity costs and improve energy stability, the farm partnered with Solaren to install a 100 kWp grid-tied solar power system. The system uses German-engineered SMA inverters and high-performance bifacial solar panels mounted on a white reflective roof, which enhances light capture and overall generation yield. The setup offsets a large portion of the farm’s daily power demand, powering ventilation, cooling, and automated feeding systems with clean energy. With this investment, Tarlac Mac Chicken Farm lowers its carbon footprint while improving reliability and cost control, demonstrating how agriculture and renewable energy can work together to strengthen productivity and environmental responsibility.
