KKK Turbo Fuel Corporation (Urcico matatalaib)
- Net-Metered Solar Powers KKK Turbo Fuel
- System Size: 48.26 kWp
- Completion: 22-Jun-2026
Project Summary
The Urcico site in Matatalaib is one of the busier locations in the KKK Turbo Fuel Corporation network, a high traffic forecourt anchored by a 7-Eleven store that runs substantial refrigeration, lighting, and point of sale loads through the daytime peak. Sites like this are ideal solar candidates because consumption and generation line up almost perfectly.
The bifacial module specification lifts yield from reflected light off the forecourt surfaces, and the net metered configuration exports any midday surplus back to the grid for credit. As with other recent additions across the KKK network, the system benefited from engineering already proven on earlier sites, which lowered the installed cost and shortened the payback well below a typical standalone project.
Generated power is supplied to the site’s tenants under the building’s metering arrangement, turning the station roof into a working revenue asset for the owner.
For fuel retailers running convenience anchored sites across multiple locations, consistent commercial solar installation specification is what makes portfolio wide savings achievable. This project is the newest addition to Solaren Renewable Energy Solutions Corporation’s long running multi-site relationship with KKK Turbo Fuel Corporation across Central Luzon.
