North Victoria Sports and Leisure Inn
- Hotel, Sports + Leisure Complex
- System Size: 100.00 kWp
- Completion: 11-Sep-2025
Project Summary
North Victoria Sports and Leisure Inn is one of the most diverse energy loads Solaren has installed in the province. A single site running guest accommodation, an international-standard swimming pool, basketball courts, bike tracks, karaoke lounges, restaurants, and community gathering areas simultaneously carries the kind of fragmented, unpredictable demand profile that makes electricity cost difficult to control and even harder to forecast.
The 100.00 kWp system was commissioned in September 2025, just as the complex was establishing itself as one of Tarlac’s most ambitious leisure destinations. Clean daytime generation now covers the bulk of the load across pool pumps, kitchen equipment, air conditioning, and lighting, delivering over ₱1.6 million in annual savings against a site that genuinely needs every peso of that reduction to operate at the standard guests expect.
For hospitality and leisure operators, the guest experience and the energy bill are more connected than most management teams initially appreciate. Keeping a facility running at this level of activity reliably and at a controlled cost is exactly what a correctly specified commercial solar installation delivers.
