KKK Care
- Growing regional gasoline station chain
- System Size: 50.02 kWp
- Completion: 10-Feb-2026
Project Summary
KKK Care is a fuel, convenience retail, and QSR site where demand comes from refrigeration,
lighting, digital POS systems, canopy and forecourt loads, and back-of-house equipment. Those
loads follow operating hours, which makes the economics very sensitive to correct sizing. This
installation was structured to maximize ROI through daytime offset, while keeping the site
battery-ready for future resilience or peak control without rework.
Fuel and retail sites often look “simple” on paper, but real performance hinges on matching solar
output to when the store actually draws power, not when the site is merely open. That is why the
system was designed around measured consumption timing, not generic assumptions or
nameplate averages.
The project follows the commercial return discipline described in Commercial Solar ROI Strategy, treating solar as margin infrastructure. The result is a predictable cost
reduction across daily operations, plus optional headroom for future storage as the network
expands.
