Eumann Dressing Plant
- Cold Storage & Food Processing Facility
- System Size: 99.76 kWp
- Completion: 19-Dec-2024
- Rosales, Pangasinan, Philippines
Project Summary
The Eumann Dressing Plant located in Rosales, Pangasinan, is a multi-purpose site where chickens are dressed to enter the market, and cold storage facilities are also offered to assist the local businesses, traders, and distributors. The site operates at high refrigeration loads, with processing equipment and twenty-four-hour activity, resulting in a large operational profile, making it one of the most active in the region. To meet this demand at peak hours, Solaren installed a large grid-tied solar system that is calculated to meet this demand directly, which would offset a considerable portion of the daily energy consumption of the plant. The system operates efficiently with production to stabilize costs and enhance resiliency without interfering with the operations. To Eumann, solar power is not an upgrade, but a consistent tool that keeps cold rooms operational, processing lines, and the market supply moving.
