Lim's Residence
- Urban Grid-Tied Solar Home
- System Size: 25.00 kWp
- Completion: 24-Mar-2022
- Ayala Heights, Quezon City, Philippines
Project Summary
The Lim Residence in Ayala Heights sits on one of Metro Manila’s most premium ridgelines, with architecture designed to showcase the view and keep lines clean. Solaren delivered a flagship residential solar installation that protects that design while delivering measurable daytime savings.
The system was engineered to maximize daytime self-consumption and to export surplus energy through Meralco so night loads can be offset through credits. That approach follows the same logic explained in residential solar ROI.
This was a technically demanding build. Conduits and cable routes required careful planning so the finished system stayed visually minimal and did not interfere with the home’s structure or aesthetics. Premium German inverter technology anchors the system for long-term stability, clean monitoring, and reliable output.
The result is a premium residential solar system that performs like commercial-grade infrastructure while remaining almost invisible from the living spaces that matter most.
