Kings Court
- Office Building Cluster with Shared Rooftop PV
- System Size: 181.17 kWp
- Completion: 10-Jun-2022
Project Summary
Kings Court is one of Makati’s well-known premium office developments, housing a mix of businesses in the country’s busiest financial district. Like many urban towers, the complex faces high electricity costs from lighting, cooling, and round-the-clock operations. The challenge for this project was clear: with limited rooftop space across the building cluster, generating enough power to meaningfully offset the load required precision planning. Every square meter of usable roof was optimized, and the resulting grid-tied solar systems now deliver a reliable share of daily demand. While the installation cannot cover the entire building load, it makes a significant difference by reducing costs and stabilizing operations. For Kings Court, solar has proven to be a dependable partner — working quietly every day to support tenants in the heart of the city.
