Project Summary
The Ayala Land’s huge development in Luisita, Tarlac, is the driving force of MDC Cresendo. Being the head office of one of the most reputable brands in the Philippine real estate industry, it deals with day-to-day project management, planning, and logistics of the expanding Cresendo township. Solaren was delighted to win the contract to provide the solar installation to this plant. Ayala Land has established itself as the standard in property development nationwide, and entrusting any of their operations to us is a testament to the confidence people have in our engineering standards. The site office is currently powered by the solar system on the roof, which supplies the daily operations of the office, including cooling the workspace, supporting the technical teams, and covering the administration overheads. Ayala Land is continuing its progressive development by utilizing clean energy in the construction stage. In the case of Solaren, the project represents the confidence of a leading developer on the one hand and our willingness to build upon this sustainable development in Central Luzon.
