Rivera Agro Industrial phase 2
- Large-scale hog-growing and livestock operation
- System Size: 100.00 kWp
- Completion: 21-Jul-2020
- San Vincente, Bamban, Philippines
Project Summary
Rivera Agro Industrial is a large-scale hog-growing facility focused on efficient and responsible livestock operations. Recognizing the need to manage high energy consumption in its climate-controlled barns and automated feeding systems, the company partnered with Solaren to integrate a solar power solution tailored for agricultural use. The installation combines durable bifacial solar panels with German-engineered SMA inverters, delivering stable, high-yield performance under demanding farm conditions. The system now offsets a major portion of the site’s power demand, cutting energy costs and improving long-term sustainability. By adopting solar energy, Rivera Agro Industrial strengthens both its environmental stewardship and its operational resilience, showing that large-scale farming can be both productive and sustainable.
