Solaren had a rooftop solar system that was intended to absorb most of that daytime load unobtrusively. The system operates powered lighting, air conditioning, and water pumps without interruption, along with the back office. The management of the hotels can now enjoy reduced power bills and increased control of operational costs. To guests, the shift is non-existent.
