toyota bacoor
- Main Dealership with Workshop
- System Size: 590.00 kWp
- Completion: 13-Jun-2021
Project Summary
Toyota Bacoor is a flagship automotive dealership serving the expanding Cavite market, combining a large showroom, service workshops, customer facilities, and a high-volume parts operation. These activities create sustained daytime electricity demand driven by air-conditioning, lighting, and workshop equipment, making energy reliability and cost control essential to daily operations.
Solaren designed and installed a fully grid-tied rooftop solar system engineered to operate within regulatory limits while supporting peak daytime loads. System capacity was carefully planned around utility requirements, with export capability built in to manage periods of lower demand, such as non-operating days. The result is a balanced system that integrates cleanly with dealership operations without requiring operational changes.
As one of Solaren’s earlier commercial installations, the system continues to operate reliably today, demonstrating consistent performance over time in a demanding commercial environment. Long-term stability, rather than short-term savings alone, was a key outcome of the project.
The installation reflects the same principles discussed in commercial solar systems designed for long-term reliability, where quality engineering and compliance protect performance throughout the system’s operating life.
