Toyota
- Main Dealership with Workshop
- System Size: 99.83 kWp
- Completion: 24-Jul-2025
Project Summary
One of the busiest dealerships in the province is Toyota Dasmariñas, which features a modern showroom, a high-volume service center, a parts department, and customer care facilities. The energy profile of the site is high, as air conditioning, equipment in the workshop, and lights are always on, which increases the costs. The management resorted to solar energy as a means of minimizing operational costs and, simultaneously, providing consistent support to customer needs. Solaren designed and installed a grid-tied rooftop solar system to power the dealership’s large daytime loads, with the roof layout carefully designed to maximize output. The system today provides clean and reliable power, relieving the burden of utility bills and offering long-term stability. In the case of Toyota Dasmariñas, the use of solar energy would enhance its operations, allowing it to concentrate more on sales and service, while also demonstrating environmental consciousness. Despite high demand in the automotive industry, the use of renewable energy can yield visible outcomes.
