Villa Perpetua
- Luxury subdivision residence powered by a premium grid-tied system for full offset and zero-bill performance.
- System Size: 13.80 kWp
- Completion: 18-Jun-2024
- Villa Perpetua, Tarlac, Philippines
Project Summary
This 13.80 kWp residential installation was executed on a single, uninterrupted roof plane, allowing for a clean, symmetrical layout and optimal string configuration. The design advantage of one large surface meant minimal shading variables, uniform module orientation, and balanced electrical loading across the inverter inputs. High-efficiency panels were selected to maximise yield per square metre while maintaining long-term durability under Philippine heat conditions.
Because the system sits on one dominant plane, cable routing and mounting alignment were carefully planned to preserve the architectural lines of the property. The result is a visually precise installation that performs as well as it looks.
Engineered for consistent daytime offset, the system delivers strong daily production and reliable export performance under net metering. Beyond installation, ongoing monitoring and structured after-sales support ensure that performance remains stable year after year. Regular inspection, system checks, and responsive technical support protect the client’s investment, reinforcing that premium equipment must be matched by long-term service discipline.
A large system, cleanly executed, built for sustained performance.
